Penelope (Penny) made her way to Almost Home Foster & Rescue when her family’s dynamics took a drastic turn. Penny, at 8 years of age, was considered the “perfect” dog. She was potty-trained, quiet, gentle with all humans, loved the company and attention of children, and loved to snuggle and cuddle with her humans.
Penny was only with AHFK for 6 weeks before we found her perfect home and family. Penny now has the luxury of a quiet home with her new parents during the week. But her weekends and holidays are filled with the extended family, complete with children and fur-cousins.
It didn’t take long for Penny to fold into this new family setting, to receive all the love and attention that she deserves, and to finally be furever home.
