Marching on….
Savannah came to us as a breeder-release. She is a Golden Retriever/Standard Poodle, affectionately known as a Goldendoodle. Once highly sought after, the puppy market was flooded with them since the demand, at one time, far outweighed the supply. After COVID, a severe drop in the demand and an over-abundance of the breed.
We were asked by a couple of area breeders to help. The doodles were released to rescue and we began the quest to vet and find great homes and families for all.
Savannah, a 5-year-old Doodle found her furever home and family with Michael and Kathleen. Kathy, a retired, Certified Veterinarian Tech with the University of Minnesota, is the perfect Pet Parent for Savannah. She will enjoy stay-at-home parents and she has a HUGE yard, securely fenced, to explore. Having an abundance of oak trees in the backyard supplies her with all the entertainment that vermin and wildlife can provide.
