Freddie found his way to Almost Home Foster & Rescue during the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Freddie was found as a stray in the Holdenville OK area. He was taken into foster by Felicia Stilley. Freddie Fender was now safe. He was off the streets.
Freddie found his furever home and family this past weekend. Mike and Patty are partial to the small Terrier breed. They found with the recent passing of their 17 year old furbaby, Buddy, that life had a huge void, a quietness to the home that was deafening, and a hole in their hearts that left them aching for another.
Patty recently joined her husband Mike in the retired world and they quickly made the decision that now was the best time to open their hearts and home to another. Daily walks and never-ending snuggles and cuddles was in store for Freddie.
Thank you Mike and Patty for opening your hearts and home to yet another, once-forgotten, abandoned pup. Thank you for giving Freddie the family and home that he deserves. We are furever grateful.
