The word lūna, which means Moon in Latin, is the origin of the given name Luna.
Luna; goddess of the Moon.
So, is it fate? Destiny? Coincidence? Happenstance? How is it, then, that Luna, our little, breeder-release, Blue (as in the moon) Merle Pomeranian’s stars all came into alignment this month, and on the weekend of the gathering of hundreds of thousands of individuals to witness and lay claim to the viewing of the solar eclipse, when the moon passes in front of the sun, found her furever home and family in a city with “luna” in it, with a big, and fur-brother already named Luna?
We are not sure. We don’t have an answer, but what we do know is that Luna is loved. She is cherished. She is HOME.
