Carly, along with her 4 fur-siblings, and her momma, were found on a Kentucky roadway. At just 3 weeks of age, this family found themselves at the mercy of the elements, and the wildlife. A Great Samaritan took the family in and began the search for a rescue. Almost Home Foster/Rescue saw the social media post and notified the group that we had room.
Momma Silvie and her 5 fur-kids made their way to AHFK, to Minnesota. Once old enough to receive all of their vaccinations, they were eligible to be placed in their furever homes with their furever families under the AHFK Foster to Adopt Program. AHFK will not finalize any adoption of an unaltered pup.
Last weekend Carly made her way into the hearts and home of new family. This family has been waiting a long time for her arrival and were ecstatic when she arrived. Cagney, her new fur-sister, not so much.
