Raleigh, at 7.2# carried a BIG Personality and had an air of confidence about him. He was quick to approach new individuals, loved to be held and cuddled and wanted to be first in everything that took place. Amanda Weigel, owner of the The Pet Authority in Albert Lea MN just couldn’t get over “how cute” he was. She had a lot of fun working with him and the photos of his spa day were fun to take.
Raleigh, once posted, received immediate attention and applications, and this past weekend, he made the trip North to his furever home and furever Momma Kathy. Raleigh took quite an interest in his new home, scoping out every room, every corner, every nook, until he met up with his match, another Toy Poodle that looked and dressed just like him…Yep, Raleigh discovered the floor to ceiling mirror. He made us chuckle with his immediate “play stance.” But, what sealed the deal for Raleigh in this beautiful, exciting home, was the bubbling water bowl. He made numerous trips to that bowl, relishing the cool, bubbling water. It was the “Cat’s Meow” for Raleigh. This was home. This was HIS HOME.
