Maddie, a very well-socialized three-year-old, had the spit and vinegar of a confident toddler. She demanded attention, loved to play, enjoyed the outdoors, and could go air-borne on a jump that should have landed her in agility competitions. All she needed was to complete her vetting, spend a day at the grooming spa, and find her family…and it all came together in that order.
Maddie made the 3 hour + trip to the NW in Minnesota where she was welcomed into her new home, by her new mom and dad, Jeri and Chris, and her 6-year-old Havanese fur-sister, Angel, also a breeder-released adopted from a local rescue. Maddie discovered rather quickly that the galley-style layout of the home allowed her ample running room from the back door to the couch, allowing her to leave the floor mid-room and securing a ten-point landing onto the couch, a shimmy up the back of the couch for a comfortable seat right in front of the huge picture window. Maddie was home and she was never more comfortable. She also managed to coax her new sister into some gentle play.
