Our adoption application/agreement gives the adopting family the opportunity to enjoy a two-week sleepover with their newly adoptive furbaby. This gives the
furbaby some time to settle in and adjust some, as well as some time for the human family members to adjust and find a routine.
It took Samantha and Jeff all of 36 hours to let me know that Pippin, now called Maggie, had found her home. She was doing great, running with her new
human-siblings, playing in their expansive backyard, and taking walks around her new neighborhood.
Pippin came to Almost Home Foster & Rescue as a breeder-release. She was just 5 months old when she, and three of her siblings, her momma, and
grandma were all welcomed in. At six months of age and fully vetted, Pippin was ready to begin a new chapter in her life’s journey.
Thank you, Jeff, Samantha, and family, for giving Pippin her family, her home and the life she certainly deserves. We are furever grateful.
