Rocky II, one of the ChiWeenies that was welcomed into Almost Home Foster & Rescue, along with 3 other siblings/half siblings, found his furever home and family, starting the Month of November off with an explosion of adoptions.
Nathaniel and Amanda and their daughter Elle are smitten with the small Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and once the postings of the last four made the website, their application was submitted. We met up, initially in Rochester MN, where the family had the opportunity to meet Rocky. All Rocky knew, this family knew how to love. Rocky knew that this was his family.
A few days later, Rocky made the trip back with his family to a place he now calls home. He met his fur-sister and fur-brother, as well. Rocky has the luxury of a large, fenced yard, four-legged fur siblings to romp with, and his own bed and down-time area at his momma’s feet as she works from home. Life could not be any grander.
Nathaniel, Amanda, and Elle, we are furever grateful that you have opened up your heart and home to Rocky. Thank you for giving him the life he truly deserves.
